Please do not send passwords, access tokens, identification document numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify that the person submitting the request is authorised to request deletion of the relevant data.

- training-related communication records;

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Deleting information from our systems does not necessarily delete information independently controlled by third-party platforms that you use, including WhatsApp or Meta.

Requests concerning data independently processed by third-party platforms should be submitted directly to the relevant platform in accordance with its privacy procedures.
